Whataburger is making it easier for Texans to satisfy their burger cravings, reports ABC affiliate KSAT.
The burger chain has announced delivery is now available via Whataburger’s app and on Whataburger.com. Previously, the southern chain had offered delivery through apps like Postmates and Favor, but this is the first time the chain says that customers can get delivery directly through them.
Delivery is now available to select as a pickup method when you order through the Whataburger App and at Whataburger.com.
The service roll-out began last week in San Antonio, which is home to Whataburger’s headquarters, but it has now been expanded throughout Texas.
According to a news release, orders will be delivered through a third-party service and the bags will be sealed.
While restaurants are allowed to re-open their dining rooms under capacity limits in Texas, Whataburger has stuck with curbside pickup, drive-thru and delivery.

How to Enjoy Delivery
- Place your Order: Open your Whataburger App or click the ORDER button on Whataburger.com (top right) and create your order, just like you like it, and proceed to Check Out.
- Select Your Pickup Method: Begin the Check Out process and select Delivery as your Pickup Method.
- Add Your Delivery Address: Input the address where you’d like your order delivered (you can include any special instructions, here, if needed).
- Set Your Delivery Time: Select the time you’d like your order to arrive to you. You can select ASAP and see a timing estimate for delivery, or you can schedule a pickup time, up to 24 hours in advance.
- Confirm & Pay: First, you may add a tip. Next, verify your order details. Finally, place your order.
- Kick Back & Relax: Put on your PJs (or don’t – we’ll never know) and kick up your feet! Your order will be delivered directly to your front door (or, wherever you’ve instructed us to take it). You can check the status of your delivery on the app or by clicking the link in your order confirmation email.
