Two dead after fiery helicopter crash in Rowlett

Just before noon on Friday afternoon, Rowlett Fire and Police responded to reports of a helicopter crash in the 2200 block of Lakeview Parkway in front of the AT&T store. This is near the intersection of Lakeview Parkway and Grisham Drive.

The helicopter was headed west when it suddenly came down in an empty field.
