McLendon-Chisholm residents report low water pressure hours after no-watering policy announced

Residents in McLendon-Chisholm woke up to less water pressure just one day after a no-watering policy was announced. Reports state that there was no notice released anywhere but in a social media post.

A notice dated July 13 on the website for RCH Water Supply states “RCH is experiencing an issue with its water supply. Every effort is being made to resolve the problem as soon as possible,”.

The Rockwall Times has reached out to RCH Water Supply as well as the city of McLendon-Chisholm and have not received a response as of publication.

UPDATE: As of 10:23am on July 13, RCH Water Supply has stated that they have run out of water and they are in the process of restoring the supply. They would not answer any other questions and only stated that restoration is expected by 6pm.
