Virginia “Ginny” Lou (Lutz) Jackson, 79, of Heath, Texas, passed from this life on July 5, 2022. Virginia was born in Pennsylvania to Merrill S. Lutz and Fredericka (Roth) Lutz, on May 28, 1943. Virginia was a member at First Baptist Church of Rockwall.
Ginny spearheaded a proposal for a special needs park called Marsha’s Happy Haven, accessible to all children. She also loved to do needlepoint and sew. Ginny loved animals and was very passionate about poodles, especially.
Virginia is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Kenneth Jackson; daughter: Kimberly Dawn Mills and husband Kevin; stepson: Paul Daniel Jackson; grandchildren: Samuel Jackson and Cora Jackson; and brother: Joe Lutz. She is preceded in death by her parents, Merrill and Fredericka Lutz.
A gathering of friends and loved ones will take place on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, in The Gathering at Rest Haven Funeral Home – Rockwall location.
