Bobby Gene Clark of Quinlan, TX, and formerly of Heath, TX, passed away August 8, 2022, at the age of 81. He was born June 7, 1941, in Tupelo, MS, to Walter Roy and Emmie (Warren) Clark. Bobby was a resident of Quinlan for 11 years and attended LakePointe Church. He was a loving family man and a positive role model to all. A man of integrity who always tried to do the right thing, Bobby was a hard worker and a jack-of-all-trades. He loved spending time outdoors and lived life to the fullest. He will be deeply missed by his family and many friends.
Bobby is survived by his children: Shari Parramore and husband Corey, Wanda Hilborn and husband BJ, and David Clark and wife Christi; grandchildren: Anthony Contreras and wife Ashley, Carissa Contreras, Courtney Parramore, Candice Parramore, BJ Hilborn III and wife Hayden, Rachel Hilborn, Hunter Hilborn, Danielle Clark, Tiffany Clark, Ashlee Clark, Chelsea Clark and Audrey Anna Clark; and ten great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years: Audrey Clark; his parents; infant son: Robby; and siblings: Maxwell Clark, Charles Clark, James Clark and Dorothy Hendrix.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Monday, August 15, 2022, at Lakepointe Church – The Bridge, 701 E. I-30, Rockwall, TX 75087. Entombment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park, Memorial Garden Mausoleum II, 2500 State Highway 66 East, Rockwall, TX 75087. A gathering of family and friends will be held Sunday afternoon at Rest Haven Funeral Home – Rowlett Location from 3:00 to 5:00pm.
