Judith Kaye Polage, age 81, of Rockwall, TX, passed away September 27, 2022. She was born May 31, 1941, in Lincoln, NE, to Neomah Helen (Barrett) and John Morgan Waybright. Judith graduated from Lincoln High School in 1959 and Lincoln General School of Nursing in 1962. As a registered nurse, she tended to critical care patients in hospital emergency and surgical departments. She was an avid reader who enjoyed gardening, knitting, needlepoint and cooking.
Judith is survived by her loving husband of 39 years: Richard Polage; children from a previous marriage: Matt Lundak, Megan Schueneman, Jocelyn Charbonneau and husband Bruce, and Joel Lundak and wife Angela; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister: Joan Byerly and husband Chet; and sister-in-law: Gwen Waybright. She was preceded in death by her daughter: Jennifer Lundak; her parents; and brother: Mark Waybright.
A private remembrance service will be held at Rest Haven Funeral Home in Rockwall, TX. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Association in her memory are much appreciated.
