Ashley Rebecca Statham, age 50, a longtime resident of Rockwall, TX, passed away September 13, 2022, after a six-year battle with ovarian cancer. She was born September 22, 1971, in Little Rock, AR, to Glenda Sue and Richard Sanders. Ashley was a light in the darkness and a true angel on Earth. She was admired for her strength and was the greatest mother and wife to her family. She will be greatly missed.
Ashley is survived by her loving husband of 30 years: Chip Statham; daughters: Lauren Goodwin and husband Tyler, and Kayla Zint and husband Tanner; son: Luke Statham; one grandchild on the way; father: Richard Sanders and wife Gerrie; and brother: Chris Sanders. She was preceded in death by her mother: Sue Sanders.
A celebration of life will be held 1:00pm Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Reflections at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall location.
