Megan E. Smith, 32, of Royse City, filed a motion to have an attorney appointed after receiving additional charges. She received new charges of Violation of Parole, Possession of LSD, and Marijuana.
These charges are in addition to the Intoxication Manslaughter charge in the death of Judge David Lee Bridges of Rockwall.
